I ordered from Money Metals and the payment part went smoothly. I used ACH, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t run into any weird errors or confusion, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’d knock it down a little is that it took longer than I expected for the payment to fully clear and show on my order. Nothing terrible, just had me checking my email more than I should have. Still, everything worked out, and as long as people are treated fairly and kept in the loop, I’m good with using them again

I tried using their storage program, it ended up being a headache. Getting straight answers was harder than it needed to be, and the whole process felt messy. I just didn’t feel great about how things were handled, especially because a lot of the confusion seemed totally avoidable. I wouldn’t use them again.
